We were challenged to create a new site which would meet both the dual needs of being a centralised marketing resource while at the same time maintaining the important role of individual agents who sell the policy.

Our solution was to create an indicative quote engine, giving the user an estimated price for their policy, then passing the users’ details on to the local agent to complete the sale.

Using the web-based back office, agents update the status of leads they have received. Staff at head office can then compile sales reports broken down by local authority.
