Tradex needed an online system to enable independent financial advisors (IFAs) to sign up, sell the policy and manage their cases online. Tradex needed their staff to be able to efficiently manage the leads, and IFAs.

We designed a complete solution, with both an IFA site and web-based back-office site for Tradex. After signing-up and having their account approved, an IFA can log in to submit quote requests, get updates on submitted cases, see their commission due and submit their bank account details via a secure server.

At the same time the back office enables Tradex to manage all leads, generate documents, manage IFA user accounts and compile sales reports broken down by each introducer.
